When operating (ballast empty) everything works normal. With ballast full and surf speed, warning buzzer goes off until I turn motor off. Any ideas?

Seems obvious, but have you checked your oil level? we had a buzzer 2 weekends ago with about the same behavior turns out we were low on oil. Did an oil change, runs like a champ now. -
That's what I figured to but all levels are good. It is directly related to the angle of attack of the boat. Higher the nose triggers the warning. I'm baffled and so it appears is Tige. I've dealt with a couple mechanics as well as the tech rep. With no fix yet
