    Taps and touch screen question

2012 22Ve, Recently both gauges/indicators for my taps plate quit working, both the digital read-out on the touch screen and the needle arm on the dash. The actual plate is working, I just cannot tell what position it is at. I have tried to calibrate the Taps in the setup mode and that did not help. Another question; when the ignition key is in the accessory position while listening to the stereo, the touch screen will flash; WARNING LOW BATTERY! IGNORE IF IN ACCESSORY mode. This seems odd to me?? Dealer is checking with Tige, I thought maybe one or more of the Guru's could help.

I have had both of these issues with my 12 rZR. Taps is now working but the voltage thing always happens to me as well. I'm curious to find out what your dealer tells you.

I ignore it when it's in accessory mode....haven't had an issue so far.

I had the same issue on my boat. turned out to be the taps pump. my guess is they will need to order you a new one. that fixed my issue.
the low battery warning was also on my boat and guessing it's a common warning. I hardwired the stereo thru a switch to avoid losing the tunes every time you turn the boat on and off and that was the best mod I did. now when I change riders and stop the boat for 5 minutes or so, the tunes keep on jammin.

          enjoy the boat..

It says that in acc mode because your crank volts show 0.0 in acc mode. Nothing to worry about there

No word yet. Sounds like the warning on the screen is nothing to be concerned with but what a pita!!

It would be nice if that warning came on before the battery was completely dead like it should.

We have the same issue. Now we just don't use the acc side of the switch. Seems to work the best just to pull the emergency stop, and yes its a pita.

The temp gauges also aren't accurate and the depth finder doesnt work in acc mode either,

Dont concern your self with accessory mode. Lots of things are not functional in this mode. You will get lots of warnings as well. It is just the way Medallions work.
