Killian,
Welcome to the TO forum. Sorry to hear about your problems. Im known to be straight forward, so please do not take offence, im not trying to be a smart @$$ or get your dander up, but do you want to address your boat issues, or trash the boat and flame Tige? If you want to resolve the issues, you've come to the right place. Start a thread of your own and we can get to work on resolving your issues, even it it means getting you in touch directly with a Tige rep to resolve a dealer issue, and believe me, ive been there. Your first course of action is to work with the dealer to resolve any mechanical or electrical issues and to make sure your boat has the updated VX brackets or get them ASAP if it does not. The dealer is also the one that should have gone over all the features and functions of your new Tige Z3 and explain how they work. I have a feeling this is where some of the issues lie. Did your dealer to an on the water sea trial with you prior to delivery?
There are many knowledgeable people on that are active members on this forum. We have boat dealers, Tige dealer reps and other tige factory people that cruise this site. We have boat technicians and experts in mobile 12V. We have owners with more surf time behind Tige boats than you can imagine. There are boat owners here that have experience the same issues you have over the years and would be more then willing to share their resolutions.
I am very familiar with the battery setup and all the components used by Tige in that battery setup. Its a little unconventional, but its simple and effective. If you would care to explain in some detail, the issues you are having with it, I know we can get it resolved.
We are here to help,
Michael
