Blowing blower fuse

Good point. That would put them in a circuit of similar design to the Blower Circuit. I wonder why the blower has the issue and drain pumps do not?
Could it be because all drain pumps are tied together on that switch which provides a place for the current to go when switch is opened????

It could be because the bilge pump is 3 wires one hot all the time , 1 ground and 1 powered by switch, ballast pumps are 2 wire 1 ground , and 1 power with switch, I know when the auto comes on power goes back up the switch side when ive tested them.

And it illuminates the light in the switch to tell you the bilge is running.

I spoke to the dealer on Norris Lake. He claims the blower connectors are getting water and grounding out. He claims he has seen this issue before and cuts the blower wire and splices a water proof heat shrink connector and resolved the problem.
I now realize I had about 15 gals of water in the hull after surfing all day and acumalated a lot of water in he hull from various reasons ( kids swimming, water washing into rear storage when pulling back on throttle quickly after a surfer falls, sometimes dipping the front end in water from another wake, etc..). I think water was flooding the blower area and connector causing the problem. All seems good now after running the bilge and drying things out.

This is a pretty serious issue that Tige needs to resolve ASAP. My boat has been in 5 times for this issue and its still not fixed. They did the diode over 3 months ago...still blowing fuses. Not having a working blower in a boat could be a catastrophe for the people on the boat. Chances are minimal but it is required by manufactures to have a working blower for engine compartment. Some of the issues tige has makes me wonder if they even have engineers designing things or quality control to catch the issues before they get to the customer.

Is your issue totally repeatable? I wonder if you could switch your blower wire in touch panel with a pump wire to see if the issue follows. May help to identify the culprit. I have had a bad touch panel in the past. However in my case the switch was permanently on. To power off the device I had to remove the fuse.
