    I was thinking the same thing. Almost 2 hrs per pump. But then I started thinking about all the other stuff that might have to be redone. Wires? Tige Touch reprogramming? Are pumps larger inlet then old ones? Did they quote 2 guys? hmmmm...

      I thought 15 hours was a bit long as well, but he said getting to some of the pumps is a pain, so perhaps alot of stuff has to come off to get to them?

      Im not sure on the flow or sizes, but they are the 2013 pumps.

      It was nice of Tige to approve all 8 be replaced so we dont have to go thru this again.

        Got the boat back. They put in tsunami 800 gpm pumps vs the 1000 Gpm that was
        In there. Apparently the 800 matches the hose diameter. If they went bigger
        We would have needed all new plumbing. I will get to try them today and
        See if there is a huge diff in fill time. I will also see if the new bilge works. Only thing
        I'm not happy with is the fact that they didn't put all the carpet back and attach it. It's the continuous stuff
        Like this that makes me dislike the brand and the dealership. Attention to detail is missing from dealers right up to the factory. Ok I'm vented!

              I had bad pumps on mine as well that were replaced. For whatever reason the seal on the cartridge would not work properly. The empty pumps in the bow are actually what caught my attention as everything in bow storage was soaked. Took a while to figure out the cause but you could just see water shooting out of the top of the cartridge. I was told it was a Mfg defect in the pumps and an incorrectly sized O-ring.
              Just curious, are the two pumps they decided not to replace the rear drain pumps? At least on the z3 all pumps are easily accessible except for the 2 rear drain pumps which requires removing of the floor.

              On the front of the bilge pump itself there is a button you can press to test it assuming you can reach it. Was useful in troubleshooting the fuses.

                Yes they were leaking from the top.... No seal. It's funny, the bags fill faster without a leak! Now can I set the timers to properly reflect using 800 gpm pumps vs the 1000 gpm?
