Dreddy, same prop you currently have. I have only had my boat out a couple times. I have the 1100 sac and then a 650 lb underseat sac (w705) on each side (completely fills under seat) but had less people in boat. Maintained speed a little better than you but I had taps down at 1-2. I just put on the same prop (5 blade) Duffy runs 2133 that I bought from moosex on here. He had trouble at elevation (Tahoe) with the 2133. 2133 is 14" and barely clears my trailer. You can modify trailer with thicker bunks for more clearance. My clearance to the hull with a 14.5" prop would be really close so you may want to check your clearance and your comfort level with that. Duffy has a thread that he tested several props with (all were 14" or less because I don't think he could fit the 1235).
