How to put up the extended bimini top on the Alpha Z tower?

We are proud new owners of a 2013 RZ4. So excited! We have little kids, so the extended bimini was important to us -- however, we cannot figure out how to install the thing! Any tips? We finally gave up the other day, unzipped the extension and used the standard top. (Would ask the dealer for help, but he is five hours away.)

Assuming extended bimini same on 2013 as in prior years.

If so, the extended bimini uses a different rear tube. take the existing rear tube out of your bimini and zip on the extension with its own tube. there should be a two part zipper connecting the extension to the standard section. Also, you will need the longer poles that extend from the tower to the rear tube.

So left over you should have the original rear tube and the two short extension poles.
