Looks like another "Guess the Model" thread, but with a twist, oops!

Yes, looks like an early 20V

It looks like the hook is still on the bow eye?

03 or 04 20V is my guess. 05 would have a different tower...either way you should be able to pick it up cheap!

Looks a little short to be a 22v, my buddy has the same coloring on his 05 22v though. I think that was called the "Limited" Graphics option back then! With the hook still on the eye this could be a good argument for straps on the back and a safety cable/chain on the front... Its a sad day to see her on the ground like that tho!

I'd say that depends on someone that knows alot more about fiberglass repair than I do!

Should we re-kindle the "to use transom straps or not" debate?

I wonder what the story behind the pic is... It would make a huge difference to have some background info. Kinda looks like some "accidentally lowered" power lines in the background...

Is there really an opposing opinion to using them?

I was told by a dealer that rear straps are not necessary, as the boat sits so heavy on the trailer there is no need. I was skeptical as i have always used them on outboards and IOs, but he said all they do is just mark up the swim platform. I'd like to hear some viewpoints on here on the subject.

I think for me its simple... just how can they hurt? my rz4 eyes are below anything so no marking up anything.... so why not?
