New Boat Owner - 24V, but need a boat cover

We pick up our new boat, well new to us, but a 2004 24V that is in absolutely perfect condition with only about 50 hours on it. The couple we are buying it from used it to play around with the grandkids, but they don't come up often enough to use it so they offered it to us.

The problem for us is that they have kept it stored in their warehouse from the day of purchase (still looks brand new!), so I need to get a boat cover. It has the cool tower and the teak deck at the rear.

I want to get the best I can as I don't have a warehouse to store it, just a metal canopy stucture, so I want to get the best cover I can for it.

    Any suggestions??

Also, please forgive me if I posted to the wrong area, as this is my first time on and first time posting.

Thanks for all of your input!

    Jim

I see covers all the time on ebay for older model tige's . Not sure of the quality but u might give it a look. Otherwise I would reccomend finding a shop somewhere that can custom build one for the boat.

I went to Iboats last fall and bought a new custom fit cover for my 06 22VE and it fits perfect. They have templates made for different models and seems like I had it to my door in less than 1 week. You can buy 3 or 4 different types of material and you might look at which one you buy, depending on how long you plan to own the boat. I think I bought the 5 year tarp and I am very pleased. It will work as a mooring cover or you can add straps to tie down on a trailer. Be sure to buy the little ratchet deals they sell extra. They work really well. You will save 500-700 over a custom shop made cover.

The best covers out there are made by a company called Evolution covers. I have never heard a bad review. And the covers are made for traveling as well, so if you tow through a rainstorm, your stuff stays dry. Their service is top notch as well. A guy named Corey is the one most people rave about. http://www.evolutioncovers.com/

Good to hear it has the 'cool' tower. Can you elaborate? Post a pic or two of the new family member for us.
        Be excellent to one another.
