Just got the new hot shower in my 2012 Z1 but there is not any hot water!! Any help suggestions?!

Same in our 09 RZ2. I actually had my dealer talk with PCM. Story is, with closed cooling system, you will never get hot water from the shower because too short of time in the heat exchanger. I would love a solution to this.Comment

The shower can be hot, The hat water source needs to be changed from the heat exchanger, to the rear hose that goes between the two exhaust manifolds. There is a T in this hose that goes down into the heat exchanger, between the T, and the manifold (either side) you can splice in a new T and adapt to the proper size hose fittings. As for the heat exchanger, you now need to take the barbed fitting off and replace with a plug. Hope this helps!Comment
