Tensioner pulley on 05 22v with mp 5.7l 340hp

How do i remove the alternator? I cant see behind the motor to see where the tensioner pulley is. Any info would help. I saw another thread on this but i believe its a different motor because the port side of the motor doesnt seem to be where the tensioner pulley is.

What engine brand? PCM would be a 15mm socket on the 2.5" pulley just slightly to engine starboard (port side of boat) near the engine center. Mercruiser would be a 5/8" socket on the nut that has a snout sticking out of it, top of engine port.
