How is this coming along? After riding my Z3 for the first time I really need to do something about it cause the wake sucks with the pro ballast. Its half the size as our 24V. Note the wakeboard wake kicks arse though.

Definitely interested in upgrading to a factory fit bag.

Sorry, been buried with the start of the endless wave tour.

The manufacturer is behind, but we are using these new sacs to weight the boats for the entire endless wave tour. We will be posting video of how they fit and wake video/pictures shortly.

Any updates on the availability of these sacs? I sent Ragboy an email a few days ago, but haven't heard back.

What is the port config on the bags, and do the legs of the bags push the side seats up when full? My "custom" bags now do that, and it's a PITA to deal with.

Sorry for the delay, I finally got the first set in my boat, they are perfect. I will upload pics and video. You can see video of the wake with just these sacs, me and jesse and maddie driving the boat, nothing else in our latest video about soulcraft.

I am at the WWS Shred Fest in colorado right now, both boats have these sacs in them, just like for the west coast open.

Sorry for the delay, I really wanted to make sure these were as perfect as I could get them. I don't think any bags have tested and remeasured as many times to get it right. First, lets show some pictures.

We have been through several bags in the Z3 starting with the ones from wakemakers. Those worked fine but they moved around too much and were designed before we spent a lot of time on the Z3 and before the VX. They also are thicker up the sides and cause you to be lifted up on the seat when you sit on top of them when the boat stops for the rider. These have been carefully sized to not do that. They are also carefully sized to provide the best wake with the VX and still have room for the trashcan and the main storage on the port side. We don't have the trashcan in our boat in this picture because we put a battery there for the event.

We got 2 sets of these bags and installed them in our boat and the other contest boat (both running VX) for the West Coast Open and the WWS Shred Fest. The wake was great and appreciated by Pro and amateur alike. Ask Timmyb and others on this forum that road it, it was great. We had nothing in the contest boat for ballast other than these bags and judges/driver and one 400 lb sac. We use the 400 lb sac to compensate for loss of fuel throughout the day.

You can watch this video and see us test them with RJ riding and just me, Jesse and Maddie in the boat, no other ballast or people.

So I know what you are thinking. "What about the 400 lb mexican in the corner of the boat? Take him out and see if the wake is that good or has good push with the VX."

OK, MAYBE I WILL! I will do even better, lets only have RJ driving, and maddie and Jesse in the boat, nothing else, and throw that 400 lb mexican on the wake.

That is me trying a new concept board, riding with taps 5 and at 10.8 mph. Just those sacks, pro stock ballast full up front. Surf side sack full and the other to about 9 degrees of list. I know my board is big, but I am huge and there was lots of power back there and smooth all the way up. I got very far back and caught up without issue.

I will have a link to order late tomorrow. 10 Sets are on the way and will be here in 3 weeks, 4 weeks tops. If you filled out the form, you are first on the list.

NOTE: These sacks were designed for the PRO ballast system and need the full 1100 lb front ballast for best results. The stock prop will not work well with these sacks. We use a 1235 which will work great for the PCM 343 but on the 409 there is probably a better prop that won't rev so high at higher speeds. We need to test with other props and we will. The 1235 works great and even tested at 6000 feet at the WWS Shred Fest.

Do you have any pictures with these sacs in the Z1? Im curious about fill time. Are you running a tsunami as well as the PNP system?

We only use the tsunamis if there is a failure, or battery dies and you need to empty, etc. I think we had to do that once, or a pump dies, etc.

The bags are on the way to me, should be here in a couple of days and then I ship right out.

                                Yes, here you go.

Here is a link to the flicker page.

IMHO, the Z3 bags in the Z1 is a bit much on weight. There are some that wouldn't care, but IMHO they need to be smaller. They fit perfect, you can ask wood, but I am going to make some that are about 200 lbs smaller, and will give you more storage on the regular side, and not make much difference on the goofy side.

If there are 5 people that want them, I can get the Z1 sacs quickly. I won't hinder someone from ordering Z3 sacks, but after testing, especially on the goofy side, less weight is needed than the Z3 bags.
