Ha. The file from my dealer is the one I used to fix it so technically...JK

I appreciate everyone's help and concern. This site really is a shell of its former self though.

It will bounce back though. Enabling Tapatalk was a huge improvement, for me at least.

Houstonshark, So the file you used to fix your update was NOT the file posted by Bmoorewiz? Glad you are up and running now.
I think this site is very valuable as an owner to share ideas and get reliable help.

No, it was from my dealer. That's not to say that the file Bmoorewiz has is not the same or would not work. I have not tried it with using a PC to save the file to the thumb drive.

I may dig up an old PC and bring it with me to the river one weekend just to check.

MAC or PC doesnt matter, just make sure your thumb drive is formatted as file system type FAT. Save the file directly to the thumb drive. err.
