Thanks for the complements. I got the boat back this week from detail, it came out great. He did all the exterior and installed my new graphics. Sorry for the horrible pics it was a super crappy dark rainy day. I will post better ones next trip.

Looks great. I love the simplicity of the overall look (boat graphics). I believe that simple is better most of the time.

Great move on moving to more family friendly sport. Your kids will be grateful. I am sure it was difficult to part with a good looking Jeep like you had!

It looks great and like Ewok said, steering cable is pretty easy. I'd call it a 3 on the difficulty scale.

Plasti-Dip
Well this was my first project with the stuff. It was such a perfect tool for the job. The old plastic dash pieces were faded and yellowing. Now they are black and almost good as new. And being able to peel off the access paint made the project a breeze.

Well had the boat out 4 times now. Getting used to things. All the trips have been to the river. I have a ramp 25mins from the house but that section of the river is shallow (5-8ft in summer) and narrow. And 50mins away is the same river but really wide and plenty deep 20+ ft deep.

For Father's Day we went out and it ended up a disaster. Was ready for my pull, and no one including myself saw the rope hung up on the board rack. Took off, and it broke one fork off and it flew into the sun deck when the rope got ripped from my hands I slammed knuckles in the the edge of the board and bloodied them up. Then when we were loading up my 3 year old sliced his foot on the broken fork from the rack. But we did have some fun, I filled two sacks and tried surfing.

Fun stuff looking forward to many more outings, progressing on the wake and surf board.

Blaze Sr. How is your interior in the hot sun? Does is burn your skin when you first sit on it. I'm wondering because I want to do a gray or light gray in my 2100V.
