Nice looking boat by the way!

And if you haven't yet you will, the bow on these boats sits low, so just watch it picking up your rider or tubing. Keep the on the throttle to keep the bow up going thru the wake, then let it down. If not you will have water come over the bow and 2 adults max in the bow.

There shouldn't be a kill switch lanyard on a 97.

I have always heard that about these boats and realized the severity of it yesterday. Makes me uncomfortable letting anyone else but my father and I drive the boat.

Also want to say this boat puts out an AMAZING surf wave with the plate down and half an air mattress filled with water. This boat throws a MUCH deeper and longer wave than my 03 supra 22v can't beleive it. I will be putting a light bar on it this week. Im also trying to figure out what Im going to do as far as the sound system goes. So far I have put the new ignition relay in it, 4 new tires on the trailer, greased the axles, etc. I will get some more pictures up of my progress when I get the chance.

Glad you found the problem. Dont worry about the bow too much just keep it in mind and remind all drivers of it. Once you get use to it, not that big of deal. Check to make sure your bilge pump works as well, should be automatic as well as manual.

Thanks for getting back to us on it. Many don't and it's good for the forum.
