    Bow Ballast weight?

Just curious about what people are using to put ballast weight in the bow of their boat. I have a '03 21V and have already secured hard tanks for the rear, and 3 Simer pumps. I was hoping to use Fly High's contured bow sack, but it's kind of pricey. Any ideas?

I just got one and we had it out for the first time last weekend. It really works well because you have a fair amount of weight (I'm estimating I can get about 700lbs out of the 800lb capacity) and it's about as far forward as you can get it. We used to run with a large sac in the walkway. I have to say that the boat rides a lot better and wake shape (overall) is much improved. The added bonus is that you're not tripping over an oversized sac in the walkway. I didn't really use the front storage compartments for anything.

Net - I highly recommend them and the Fly High Quick fittings make filling the boat up a snap (although I still like the Launch Pad quick fittings better).
