The biggest tip for you would be take your time at delivery, make sure the dealer shows you how everything works, if you have dual batteries have them explain to you how to turn off your accessories so you don't drain the battery and I guess you should have them show you the correct way to store the Bimini so it does not interfere with the tow ropes, seems some people have had some difficulty with that lately.

wouldn't exactly call the RZR ski wake small... But it is soft (according to my buddy who skied it once).
Surf set up is great out of the box. Toss a 500 under the bench for port/ regular surf and surf ballast and you'll get a GREAT wave without a lot of effort. For starboard/goofy just run stock and all your passengers on the surf side. The wave gets big easy. This is the easiest set up until you want more wake.

i didnt think it would be. im the only one that skis anymore and since im usually doing the pulling i went with what most people like. ive been skiing behind a X-30 for about 5 yrs and it is BRUTAL, so anything smaller will be big improvement.

Oh man you'll be good then. It will seem like a MC prostar 190 after being used to an X-30!!!

Dump the tanks and put the taps down and the ski wake gets pretty small and soft. It's not a shortline slalom boat, but it will do for a recreational skier. But you will appreciate that it's not a slalom boat when you see the surf wave!!

Easy on the taps though or you'll bury the nose too much end up with a bigger wake

You could either reduce the pic size using Paint or other editing program, and then upload here as an attachment. Or you could go to a file sharing site like photobucket.com - upload it there and post the IMG code in your reply here to link it.

                        ...and so it goes.

I hung up the wakeboard years ago along with most of my friends and family. We don't even bring wakeboards to the lake for day trips anymore. Just wakesurfboards and slalom skis.

Congrats on the new ride and welcome to the site. Post pics (when you get a chance) of the new ride and maybe a few of the old DisasterRaft.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.
