Any of you guys ever removed a crankshaft pulley from a ~2000 era Merc 5.7 EFI engine? It's the pulley that bolts to the balancer with 3 9/16" bolts and then a 5/8" center bolt. Judging by the looks of the replacement pulleys I thought it could be unbolted and removed seperately from the balancer, but now that the bolts are removed and it isn't budging, I'm beginning to doubt that.
I was trying to replace it in an effort to replace all my pulleys, as they all have/had rust on them and within the last year they have started slicing through my belts.
