TIGE gust release the new CONVEX VX concept.

The VX seems the simplest upgrade and will reshape wakesurfing and leave the competition wondering why they overlooked the simplest of ideas. Not only does it add 2 additional feet to your TIGE but provides a clean smooth wakesurf shaping transition on the market today. I can say that with confidence as I have been fortunate to surf it. The wake is bigger, longer and heavier allowing you to increase your skill level. Fuel economy is not effected and there are no addition forces being applied to your boats hull insuring a warranty free wakesurfing experience.

Hype, no its real! and won't break down killing your weekend or leave you going in circles.....

Dont be loyal to a choice you have made, be part of a family and be loyal to yourself!

Can't wait to check this out and ride one. It will be great to see how retro fitting to older hulls will work, and what the pricing will be.

Why do you have to buy a new swim platform? I think Tige should just give me one Anyone know that song in the video?

I think the issue is new brackets not a new platform

I'll take one for my 2008 22Ve - but please tell me I can keep my FAE

If it adds two feet to your boat, my 24Ve will suddenly become Tige's first 26 footer! Add that to my Ultra-Ballast system and I wonder what I'll get for a wave...?

I could be wrong about this, but I think the brackets are pretty much the same, the new ones have special mounting holes. The new ones may also be reinforced. The new deck is also nicer, cleaner, smoother.

I don't see any effect, its raised up just enough to not engage with the water when on plane.

That's a good price if that is accurate, guessing it is. I would think anyone that would be a Z3 would easily do that, if they had a chance to ride it. The main thing is that the wake is so clean at all taps positions.

I am sure the FAE will not work, Larry will have to come up with a new design. I am confident that you don't need the FAE with one of the newer PCM engines and this device, but don't know with an older engine.

I have pondered this, that the VX actually routes the exhaust into the wash to some extent. How effectively, I don't know. But I would love to do or see an experiment with an older boat where you just SEAL the VX up against the hull with some weather stripping or something similar. This would prevent exhaust from sneaking through the small gap between the hull and the VX and force all of exhaust out of the channel.
