    Winterizing 6L Closed Cooling

I just bought a used 22v with the 380hp 6l closed cooled motor. This is my first V drive and my first closed cooled motor in a boat. Are the only plugs that need to be pulled the ones on the heat exchanger that is on top of the engine? It also has a heater and a hot water shower. Are there plugs on those as well that need to be pulled?

    cpr,

The heater should be connected to the engine block and have antifreeze running through it in the same manor as a car does.

The shower will need to be drained, along with the heat exchanger and exhaust manifolds, impeller housing, trans cooler and v-drive cooler.

Ok, thanks for the info. Sounds like it is basically the same as any other boat just minus the plugs on the block.
