I am curious how this works.

From Wakeworld: "2012 Marks the eighth year of our Toys For Tots Holiday Fundraiser. We're proud to have raised over $56,000 toward the cause during those eight years!" That is $7,000 per year.

I thought the boat was donated completely (yes, that would be huge). 2 boats alone would be more than that...so does Tige donate the boat, or just the profits from the sale?

My understanding was that Tige would donate any amount bid that was over the reserve price.

But my understanding is often poor

I would be willing to bet many of us thought the entire boat was donated. I know, that would be way huge, over the top awesome. But I feel a little mislead.
