    Looking for new tower.

I currently own a 2003 22v. I'm looking to put a new tower on it. Does the 06 tige tower work/fit? Are there any other towers I should look at that anyone recommends? THANKs!

        Hey adkinsc_00,

To answer your initial question; yes, the 2006 22V tower will fit your 2003. Like any aftermarket tower, it will probably require some fiberglass/gelcoat work.

Two out of the three holes on the rear mount will have to be filled in but the tower will fit.

I had the rear of my new tower mounted over the old holes. This left one on each side that were not covered. I then used those holes for fun. On one side, the speaker cables. On the other, power for the tower lights. It was nice, not to have to drill those holes out.

Hard to beat Monster Tower for the cost and quality, when I got my '05 the new towers were not available and I went Monster over the Phat Buddee.

I have heard on this site, and wakeworld, that Monster has great costomer service. I apprciate that. I just didn't want a universal tower. I had one custom made, and only $200 more. No shipping... so it worked out well.

... I have my Tige (Metcraft) tower in a box in the garage, if anyone wants one. Someone without a tower. It has the light at the top, and two board racks.

I can not say enough good things about the customer service at MT. I had an issue this winter where one of the legs got water in it (with out me knowing, small design issue) and with a quick freeze the one leg blew apart. I called them and they sent me new legs, no questions asked, and even expressed them to me even though I told them it was not necessary as the boat was in storage. Great customer service does not do that company justice! And for a "universal tower" you can not beat how the lines look. I have had several people tell me they like the lines of my boat better than the factory. Just my opinion.
