Although I always thought that the 21V hull produced a great wake (I used to own one), that video makes it look terrible. Maybe it is the way the GoPro is less able to focus so far away, but is your wake really covered with 6 inches of foam like it looks?

Yep it is. We HAVE to be doing 24mph to get a clean wake. Thank you spray pockets!!!! We are actually looking into a axis a22 for that reason. I would stay tige, but the simplicity and bare bones of axis is better suited for salt water use especially with their salt series line.
Right now the wake is basically the same white wash from 13mph-22mph.

Have you tried putting the weight more in the front? Currently the ballast is 57% in the rear. I would actually put it 60% front in that boat. And is the 750 in the walkway, or actually in the bow? Take your ballast buddy and dog in the front and see if that makes a difference by itself. It makes for an exciting driving experience, but I seem to recall that cleaning up the wake very nicely.
Some of those landings are awesome...not sure how you didn't crash.

The 750 bag is across the bow seats, the only way someone can sit up there is if they face the stern with their feet up on the bag. I have the TAPS on full ski to help out a little bit too.
ive seen a few people say that boat is tige's best wakeboard hull on wakeworld?
Really? I've only heard the early 2000's were Tige's worst years. Something about they didn't know weather to be a ski boat or wake boat. Then they tried to market the TAPS as a ballast replacement.
I feel its a great boat for a first V-drive etc. Just lacks as a core-wake boat. We've loaded the boat with upwards of 3000 lbs of ballast and it was dog. But that's merely from using the boat in a way it wasn't designed for. Not blaming Tige at all.
For kicks, I dug this out of my archives... I am pretty sure that this is without any ballast. Seems plenty reasonable for wakeboarding to me. It is behind my 2002 21V. Which I thought was the same hull from 2000-2002.
Dude that wake is washed. What speed are you running? With that kind of weight you should be doing at least 22.5 to 23.5.
We run at 24-25mph off a gps. line length is 75 feet. In the boat we had about 1850 of ballast, about 600 of people/ dog weight. half tank of fuel. Taps on ski mode.
