Oh my good gosh. I love my boat. I love to ride. But I would be reaching for my snowboard in those conditions.

Locally, when the air and water drops into the 60s, it is very difficult or impossible to assemble a crew to go ride. I would blame it on being older with older friends, but that is just a cop out. No matter, we love our (fair weather) crew crop.

But I think the point of that other photo is he is backing his boat down the ramp to launch and ride! That looks to be the sun pad of an inboard in the pic.

Agreed. No (normal) boating will be happening on my lake in those photos! In fact, you can't even iceboat on them because of the snow.
