Bought 08 Tige Z1 with waketower missing

What's my best option? I'm very green at this. Boat was a good deal but the tower has been removed. Would prefer one that mounted in factory locations. Obviously want a sturdy one and eye appealing.

Does anyone know about the Samson towers?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Samson makes high quality towers. And I've heard great things about their customer service.

Take measurements of the mounting points and call them up. They likely will be able to find or make you a tower that would use the same locations. http://www.samsonsports.com/

Why not find a factory tower from your nearest dealer?
      Waiting for another good one!

It's going to be the old "E" series tower and I don't think dealers would have access to that one, but it's worth a try to ask. I would go with a Samson tower, they come with great accessories too.

+1 on a Samson tower. High quality units. So good in fact that my local dealer used them in place of Tige's towers because they were as good or better than factory and they were cheaper. They also fold flatter and easier.

Congrats and welcome to the site. Post some pics.

Do you know why the tower was removed? I would want to know that in case I needed to be aware of anything else.

Does anyone know the cost of a factory tower or a place to buy one? I'll explore all of my options. I have never wakeboarded... ever. But it sure looks like fun and I'll keep trying till I figure it out.

I don't know much about the boat, I can't even figure out how to get in the storage compartment that is on the floor. Any ideas there?

No storage in the floor, that's an access panel that requires the removal of the rear seat center.

Thanks! I need to change the fins on the bottom. They are bent. Would anyone know where to start doing that? Not sure how to get to them from the interior of the boat.

I wouldn't be stuck on having the new tower match up to the same holes. Considering that you are looking at $4,000 or so for a tower, a few hundred dollars of gelcoat work is small change.

I am betting the boat was capsized, dragged to shore, tower was turned to scrap and then shibney got a great deal on it. Fins were bend in the process of dragging it to shore and turning it over.
                            Be excellent to one another.

Nope, the trailer ran off the road. Boat doesn't have any damage where the tower was mounted, just has those fins bent Trailer has a little damage. It's an extra clean boat
