Throttle knobs

Does anyone know where I can get a custom shift knob that will work with the taps switch?

sounds like you would have to move the taps switch and get just any throttle knob

How do I move the TAPS? Can I just use two unused switches? Ground them together to create a common ground, and then one would be up, and the other down?
