Where you are located will play a part as well as how many boats in the area are for sale. IMPO I would think anything over 30k would be good. I dont think you could get anywhere near 40K IMPO. I hope you do but I seriously doubt it.

The other thing are you looking to buy or sell? I am guessing sell, since you know a lot of the little things. What is the condition of the vinyl? It is not cheap to replace. I have seen boats knocked 4 - 6k to compensate for bad vinyl.Comment
