In Floor Storage in 2008 20V

Okay - near the rear of our boat there seems to be what appears to be a door in the floor. Carpet has a seem around it and it looks like it would open. Though I can't get it to budge. I do not want to force anything. Is this a door for storage or what might it be?

If what you are describing is in the rear of the main cabin it is access for your fuel tank

If you use the search you will find out how to open it. It will also give you access to your ballast pumps.

If it opens like the 22Ve then you have a trim piece on the rear bench that has about six screws. Under that there are another three screws. If you go in from the lockers you will have to remove some of the dividers then access a bolt that connects the rear bench on the sides to the side locker (one on each side). Once that is undone then lift out the rear bench and then the floor piece will come up.

In a nutshell it is not in floor storage.
