    Tige Rankings

I recently saw a statement on a Tige dealers site that said Tige was rated number 4 in the wakeboarding market. Does anyone know if this is correct?

Do you know by who, they where ranked? And by what catagory(s) was it ranked? Interested to know.

As far as market share I believe they're 5th. The rankings, for last year were.

      Mastercraft
      Malibu
      Nautique
      Moomba
      Tige
      Supra
      A bunch more that I can't remember

I wonder if Tige will continue to gain market share as wakesurfing becomes more popular. They along with centurion, and sanger have a great surf wakes. Although, Malibu's new surf gate looks VERY impressive.

Sorry I don't know specifics. I was looking at Tige adds on OnlyInboards.com and saw the statement on a dealers web site but I don't remember dealer name. Tige seems to get lot's of write ups on their boats.
Their resale values are great on 07 and newer models.

That doesn't seem right. 1.25 per day (work days).

I assume they mean 2012 Model year boats, as 2012 calender year is not done.

From a July Malibu press release on surf gate: "Commanding 30 percent of market share in its category, Malibu is the world's top-selling towboat manufacturer."

200 seems low to me but maybe it's right.

I can't see only 200. I know there was more than 120 Z3's produced. I'm sure they sold alot of RZR and R20's?

Hyundai Motor Group, was the world's fourth largest automobile manufacturer based on annual vehicle sales in 2010, where as Ferrari only produced 6,461 cars in 2010. Quality does not always equate to quantity, not that there is anything wrong with owning a Hyundai.
