LED Drain Plug Lights ? ?

Does anyone have these installed on their boat? Looks pretty simple but in my past simple doesn't always mean it is good. Below is a link to one for sale on EBAY. Was thinking of picking it up and giving it a try but wanted to see if anyone had experience with them before I purchased one.

A friend of mine has a similar setup and I was amazed how well it work and he said it was super easy to install.

Due to the drain plug being located very close to and directly over the TAPS plate, I think that it would not do a very good job of spreading light under and behind the boat very far. However, if you just want to illuminate the underside of the swim platform and generally make it look kinda cool, it should work pretty well.
