Those are not selling prices. I have found that lots of those ads disappear without the boat being sold even. Yes, I have waited for ads to expire, and then called the guy. You will absolutely take more than a 10% beating after 1 year. Ecutter has an offer for 70K from houstonshark....the z3 is a hot commodity right now, it will be fascinating to see this work it's way out.

I have seen 2010 RZ2s for sale in Portland, OR and Charlotte, NC. They are both listed in the low $60ks. So your dealer is close. Although we will never know the actual selling price. BTW, what size engine does your RZ2 have in it?

I was on Norris Lake two weekends ago and saw a brand new 2013 RZ2 in the water at the dock, (probably out for demo, AquaKnoxMarine I presume), glanced at the dealer invoice on the dash board and almost fell in the water from sticker shock. I think it said $92K or $93K. GULP!

That should be MSRP. No reason to fall over from that.

Not necessarily. The first RZ2 I had optioned out was 93k. The MSRP was like 112k.

True. Depends on where you are how good of a discount off MSRP your gonna get. Also I have no idea what that boat has in it as far as options I was just guessing form what i saw.

Wait, that's a RZ2 or RZ4 but the interior is definitely different. I like it a lot more without all of the random V's everywhere.

This is an interesting discussion. I have a 2010 RZ2 for sale in the classifieds and have gotten a lot of interest but probably only 1 semi-solid offer of 57k. I have it listed at 67k and based on other boats for sale online and the info I got from my dealer I should expect to get somewhere in the low 60's which I'm willing to take. I know my dealer has been selling new RZ2's in the 80's (are other places selling cheaper?) which I don't see a 20k difference between my boat and a new 2012.

Call me crazy, but I don't see an over supply of boats for sale which would drive the price down significantly. I think the seller should expect to take a hit but not to the tune fo 20k. Only scenario would be if the seller paid a premium price that was above what others have been paying. The seller needs his boat to be marketable against a new boat and Tige's lack of transferring warranties hurt the most when selling the first year.

20% loss in the first year is average. Including cars.

I was there at the same time..that is my home lake.we were there on Sunday that weekend...that Z3 was listed at 103K....The price was high but I did like the color scheme....didn't like the RZ2 color scheme....

Didn't see your boat at the marina, but saw a new RZR (or Z1), it was white and black. Saw lots of Bu's and MC's out there. Love that lake. We're planning our 2013 family reunion on Norris Lake.

The marina is typically a MB site and of course MC is popular b/c they are made locally.....Good to see a Tige dealer on the lake..I have only seen a handful of them this year...

Kids...they are starting to play summer basketball and that takes up a lot of time on the weekends. We've only put 4 hours on the boat this summer.

DLWS seem to be doing extremely well with Tige's but I agree you don't see many on the water. We've been mainly going to Heber when we go out and I think I've seen one Tige in the water.
