Colorado Boaters! "Ruedi Reservoir" Aspen, CO

Have any of you Colorado boaters been to Ruedi Reservoir in Basalt, CO (Just outside of Aspen) ??? It looks like a nice lake. I was thinking of trying it out over Jazz Fest weekend (Labor Day)

I tried searching but doesn't say much about lake temps...

We were just up there on Saturday with our RZ2, it's a great lake. Lake temp was 70*

That looks pretty nice! I had never heard of it. We were looking at Green Mountain for this weekend but it sounds like it might be kind of low.

Man, I grew up going on vacation there on the trout stream at the mouth of Ruedi. I am down here in TX with water temp. of 92. I could not get my kids in the lake at 70 degrees if I wanted to.

The pictures sure bring back some awesome memories. Never thought about boating out there, just catching a bunch of fish.
