My 2000 21 V is in getting a new Xtreme Edge tower installed. I took the old Metcraft off myself, and found the nuts extremely hard to get to to remove the base mounts at the rear. I looked for hours trying to figure out how to get the seat off the side hull with no luck. It is being done at Maeghan Major's shop, which is a Mastercraft dealer, but they're my buds and are doing the work for me. Anyways...the seat are screwed on, BETWEEN the seat breaks, or where the two sections of cushions meet. If you ever need to pop them off or replace them, that's where they're at. Kind of a "duh huh" moment for me! Not sure if Tige still installs them that way or not, but thought it might help out for owners of those years.
