2007 24ve factory ballast pumps?

I have a 2007 24ve with the factory ballast. Both pumps for the front are shot. I have contacted 2 different dealers and they never get back with me. Where would be the best place to get them? Red Front ballast fill tanks.

If my memory serves me right, the pumps are 750 GPH pumps and are by Mayfair, which is now Johnson. The pumps have a .75" NPT inlet and come with a straight hose barb outlet fitting. The 38703 should be a direct replacement.

I believe it is a 1000 GPH. Can I just replace the cartridge or do I need to replace the whole pump?

One pump you can hear trying to run and the other won't do anything. I checked the pump that won't run at all for power to the pump and there is power.

That I can not answer. Yes those pumps do have a removable cartridge, but I do not know if the current replacement motors are interchangeable. Also, the plastic housings are known to become brittle as the age. Its not uncommon for the outlets to break off if the pump is disturbed.
