Best aftermarket tower and trailering boat cover?

Just thought I would get some opinions now that the boat shows are in full swing. What is the best tower that you have seen out there and what covers are the best for trailering?

    These are good covers...

or at least they're priced like they're good.

I've never seen anything close to Rankin. They're awesome for covering while the boat is moored and going down the freeway at 70mph. Very clean and no damage to boat when trailering at higher speeds.

Towers...look at the Xtreme Edge universal. I am having one installed right now on my 21V. Xtreme makes a lot of towers for the manufacturers, and this one actually looks a lot like the Mastercraft towers, without the cool board racks. I'll post some pics as soon as it's done.

            Check out the samson tower

jerryschafer has some pics in the gallery.

also look at the Phatbudde Cha Ching tower.

            Both of those are money.

Thanks for the input guys. Looking at ordering new 22v next year and not happy with the look of the tige tower. Beside that none of my racks will work without extensive mods. I think Rankin is still the way to go.

Check out the Samson Towers. They have a swivel rack so you don't have to stand on the side to get boards. they can fit surfers too.

We have a gortex cover that is great, not sure by who, about 1200.

They don't show the Razor tower on the Samson web site because they only make it for Tige'. I believe they are about 5K with swing out racks, speakers, lights and Bimini top. I have one on my 05 22i. I just switched one side of the board racks to hold my surf board. I think there are a few photos of it in my gallery.. Jilly

I just saw the scissor tower from Samson at the Spokane, WA boat show. all I can say is WOW!!! I have to collapse my tower evertime I use my boat and this one would be a super timesaver!
the rep I talked to said I could get one for around $3500 without the racks.

I love the look of that tower, I think it looks so good on Tiges.

                          Jilly,

How does your tower collapse and does it have the navigation light on top like the Tige tower? The mirror location looks a little low, is that where you like it or is that the only place to put it? Any comments on the other accessories

I am also looking for an option that would be easier to raise/lower due to height restriction in my boat slip.

                          Thanks

                            Denbow,

I have not lowered my tower yet, I think as soon as I get it out for the season I'll collaspe it just to see. Yes it does have a nav light on top. It doubles as the wakeboard rope pylon. The light is on top of it, somehow it got broke off this summer.... $65.00 WOW! The mirror works well at that postion, it's also sturdy and does not vibrate.
