Z3 FL Ballast Won't Fill

Holy smokes, mine is completely different back there... This is the only pic I have of mine, but you notice the cushion overlaps the fiberglass on each side of it. Underneath there is a bolt on each side so I have to open the white hatch, remove the nuts and then remove the cushion. Then I can lift my floor hatch.



I notice you don't have the small white hatch, have 2 speakers back there, and your cup holders are laid out different as well.. I know mine was one of the first off the line, so it looks like they changed the configuration back there.

Edit: Duh, I just noticed you said your's is an RZR...

My z3 lifts up the same as the rzr. Cushion pulls up with the floor. I have had to do this many times already.

Same here on my 2012 Z3

The Floor, Rear Fiberglass, and Rear Seat Cushion (not Back Cushion) all lift up together. No need to undo any bolts, just pull up carpet and lift.

Here's the pics of the pumps too, very easy to access if you need to pop off the top, and reboot when they get stuck

Edit: Duh, I just noticed you said your's is an RZR...

You do not have to remove the cushion to lift the floor on yours!! Are you sure your not thinking of your old boat. it had a cushion that went from one side to the other and you had to remove 2 nuts from the bottom to remove the cushion and lift the floor.
Back to the original post. You need to make sure the hose barb is pointing up not down. Be careful just dont turn the pump if you over tighten it you will break the threads off. Try to tighten the white shut off valve so the hose barb faces up. Call me if you have questions 727-434-1191
