Sorry for the delay getting back to you. The ballast system is super cool...all hidden. I believe it holds 2200+. No more dealing with pumps, sacks hanging over the side of the boat, and hours of time lost every week setting up the sacks, filling them, and then emptying. It's the best system we've seen.

The 2012 RZ2 factory Pro Level ballast option has a stated capacity of 2000 lbs (twin 400lb bow sac, a 250lb in-floor hard tank in each v-drive and a 350lb plug-n-play sac on top of each tank), so im guessing you guys are running 4K using custom sacs?
You've got a great looking wake, and im sure other RZ2 owners would love to know your weight distribution, TAPS and speed setup. Forgive me if i'm asking you to divulge guarded info.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

It's the pro system with a little extra. I believe the extra sacks (custom 200's) are on either side below as when we fill all the cup holders pop out. 1200 on either side total I guess. My daughter knows more about the boat than I do, and Tige made it especially for her with help from Boatmate, Wetsounds, and other sponsors. We do both fresh and saltwater (it's a salt water edition), so speeds vary from 10.2 to 11. Also, the depth of the water where we surf (anywhere from 6' to 120') makes for a lot of speed and tab changes. You need to really manipulate the wave/wake to make it surfable in shallower water.

I can confirm the info that wakmongrel has provided.
The ballast system is custom for ashley, from Tige and the boat dealer. the sacks in the back locker are nothing I've ever seen but resemble the enzo L sack. Im not 100% on the weight but it is much more then the pro system. If I had to guess its around 15-1600lbs onto of the stock 250 tank. Its clean and takes half the space under the surf side seat going forward. Some after market goodies (pumps) insure that Ashley has a pro size wake in no time at all to train on. The salt system is cool and they clean the hell out of the boat every time it get pull out...even late at night...Trust me on that one.
Surfing in the bay of corpus is way different then anything I've ever experienced. the water is a high 9% salinity rather then the 7% in open water. This make the water more dense and more challenging to keep a wake going when you introduce different water depths. The channel She surfs goes from 80 to 7 feet in a blink, breaking up the hight and face of the wake (FYI Wickedcummings).
As for the shape of ash's wake in my video, she works on new tricks on more of a common wake because thats what she gets in most comps. Yu cant have a Tige wake in every comp right!!Squid
