As far as the hours on the boat, I purchased it this spring with 260 hours on it, and I have put around 110 so far this season so we are sitting right around 370. I am nervous some things are going to start going wrong with as little use as it had the past years, to getting jumped up and used to all hell this season...
READ the last sentence in the introduction of your manual!!. I know your shifter well and there is not a neutral saftey switch on it. The only NSS is on the trans. I will get a link.

LOL wow, I must have skipped that over, thats pretty typical for me to just page through and look some pictures . Thanks for finding that part, I went ahead and ordered one. I am hoping that is the issue as it seems you have been down this same road. Will report back with the results next week when I fly home!

Thanks again for the help and information.

I had trouble with my '08 RZ2 the other day. The small allen screw that is in the bottom of the throttle assembly came loose and allowed the interior throttle to move a bit and the boat thought it was in gear. I just loosened it up a bit more and wiggled the throttle back to neutral and retightened the allen screw and 'All Is Good'....
