Good Selling price for 2011 Z1?

Hi all. Unfortunately I am going to be selling my Z1 and am trying to determine a fair price to list it at. Can't seem to find too many other Z1's for sale out there to compare to. Anyone out there purchase one recently that can tell me what they were looking at? I bought mine brand new in 2010 and it currently has 23 hours on it. Here's a photo. You may remember my build thread from '10. Thanks for any suggestions.

There is one at my local dealer for 55k. It has no ballast or Tige touch. It's a 2011 with 30 hours.

Sharp looking boat, upgrades look good compared to my 09. I can tell you that a friend of mine was looking hard for a Z1 last winter into this spring and only found two across the entire country. Both of which were 2000+ miles away so he got a used Malibu. So if someone is looking specifically for a Z1 you should have no problem letting it go.
