Replacing instrument cluster cover....HELP.

I want to replace the yellowed, that once was white instrument cluster panel in my 21V. What colors, and/or styles that may even be off other models....would work on my 2000??? Also, I've thought about replacing the steering wheel.....will any of the Tige models work?

Any steering wheel should work, most of the ones that i have seen on boats have a five or six bolt pattern where they attach to the steering mechanism....
