It looks like an interesting concept and if what tall is referring to regarding length and I think, more importantly shape, it could prove to be a game changer. I'll definitely be interested in seeing more from it in the coming months.

    Thanks for posting that tall.

Malibu makes pro videos and has awesome marketing, and THAT sells.

Like somebody said, its a game changer.

Na, this wave looks terrible. I don't see why people are even talking about it. It will be interesting once someone puts 2.5k of ballast, then full wedge and then this to use.

I don't think I would necessarily call it terrible, but the wave could use size.

I am eager to see if the wave has push. It certainly retains its shape deeper than other waves. A smaller wave with more push might be very satisfying. I anticipiate in the coming months we will see someone who loads it down with 2K on top of stock. If this retains its usefulness at that point, it will be very hard to compete with.
                Be excellent to one another.

Agreed, then come the mod kits for our boats.

Really I think this is a stupid design. Something pulling down the corner would work way better. This is just a gloried trim tab on the side causing list. They might work great for tweaking. My wave is huge, perfectly clean every time we surf. I don't need to do anything

                      Um no.

Delayed Convergence. Say it, understand it, then comment.

I was scratching my head a little to about the whole "no list" thing until I read a post on WW about delayed convergence.

I can't find the thread anymore. I guess I missed the whole delayed convergence part. Until they post pictures of slammed boats using it, I will be skeptical

Malibu has also added rear plug'n play ballast for 2013 to go along with Surf Gate
