Finally, Video Surfing on our R20!

    http://youtu.be/W9IJXChmcY0

Here is a video of me surfing behind my R20. Riding a Ronix 4'6" Koal Illuminati. Finally got the wake dialed in thanks to Squids. The video doesn't do the wake justice, it was really nice. I'll bust out the GoPro this weekend. Thanks for everyone's help on here.

1 driver, 2 people on port side, 400lb bow sac filled, 250lb hard tank in aft of port and starboard side, and 900lbs fat sack in starboard aft locker. Speed, 10.6 and TAPS a 2.

Been playing with my setup as well, which is very similar to yours. Only difference is that I've been able to get a much cleaner surf wake at about 11.6 mph, taps at 2-3. I've tried 10.6 and have not had much luck, surfable but dirty wake. This has been true with every variation I've tried and with both large and small crew. Does anyone have any ideas on why this may be? Would prop make any difference at all?

Our lake is super choppy, I don't know if that makes a difference. On weekends it's literally like an ocean. If I go ouet early in the morning or in the late evening it's better. I rode the other night and the wake cleaned up a lot when the water was calm and no one was out.

I'm still trying to clean up my wake, it's been a headache dealing with friends not knowing how to drive and standing up and down all the time. I basically had no one that has helped me surf set my boat up and tried figuring out the speed and weight on my own. This is my first season boat surfing, I've only been ocean surfing in the past.

Either way I'm having a blast and it's a lot of fun!

If anyone has any recommendation or advise I'd greatly appreciate it!
