Hey guys I just wanted to share my expirence with Tige customer service. Without getting into too much detail, I was having a serious issue with the dealer I was ordering my boat from. I contacted Andrew yesterday and we were able to get together on the phone today. Within 5 mintues of speaking with Andrew I was contacted by the national sales manager, and very shortly after that by the sales manager for my area. They addressed my issue very quickly and within about 4 hours my problem was compleatly resolved. IMO they went above and beyond what most companies would have done and I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionaly they handled my problem. Thanks Andrew, Randy, and Terry you guys took would could have been a very bad situation and made it right. Thanks guys you are awesome
