Shout Out to Hula

After testing the Hula products I was really impressed. I went ahead and placed an order. Part of my order was several bottles of the surf away, to share with family and friends (great gifts). I have been using Hot Sauce but really like the way that the Hula surf away leaves the boat after using it. I got my order and for some reason one of the bottles had a hole. One email to Hula and another bottle was shipped no questions asked.

Customer service seems to be lost by many now a days but not Hula. I am one that customer service plays big role for. That being said a big Thanks to Hula. I would recommend anyone to do business with them.

I must agree! I ardered the Surf Away, and the Wipe Out Vinyl cleaner. I need to order more of the Surf Away as that it works amazing!! I had the boat detailed, and have been wiping it down with Surf Away since... Boat looks amazing!! Great product, and doesn't break the bank!!

How does Surf Away do with water spots?

I am getting near the end of a gallon on Performance Boat Candy, which is much better on water spots than Babes. But I was thinking of trying Hula Surf Away or Hot Sauce next.

I was sent a sample kit and I really do like this stuff. I've been wiping my interior down with the Wipe Out and it seems to work really well. I like how it is a yellowish green color. When I spray it on I can see where I have missed. I haven't used the surf away much as the boat is in the water, but if it works as good as the Wipe Out I'll be ordering more.

I too love good customer care and as a result it is a priority in my little company. I appreciate all your feedback and orders and hope to be launching soon a water spot remover with built in polymers and a cutting compound to remove oxidation. I am currently beta testing my formulas.

To answer Duncan, Surf Away Spray Detailer works well on fresh water spots. If the weather is hot and the water spots dry hard it will get the job done but may struggle. This product is non acidic and will not strip wax.
