    Leaving Arizona...

So I just got a new job However it requires a drive from Tucson to Cleveland and there is a nice set of mountains in my way!! Does anyone know a good route thru New Mexico which requires the least amount of driving through mountains/least amount of elevation change? I would love to be able to give my truck an "easy" route without having to drive up to 12k feet! Especially since I'm takin the Tige up to Northern Ontario for two weeks of boarding right after I finish this drive ending on 18 or 19 July! I would ship the boat but I don't have time! After google mapping it looks like I-10, I-25, Route 60 thru the MTs, then I-40 to I-70... but I've never taken 60 before so any advice would be great!

You could head north on I-25 and hit I-70 in Denver

Try I10 to 17 to 40 to I 25 to 70 You will have the climb through Flagstaff (not to bad) then the climb up to raton. These climbs are pretty smooth. pretty much flatland from there.

Id run I-40 to OKC then I-44 to St Louis then pick up I-70. Only thing is I-44 is a toll road through Oklahoma. Decently flat.
