    Starting problem

2004 Tige riders edition, boat sits on the lake during the summer, and every morning boat starts right up, we will go out and anchor in a bay for a few hours listening to music, turn the battery switch to one which is the acc batt. Once I go to start the boat it cranks fine but doesn't want to start. I end up turning the key for a much longer time than the first crank of the morning. Even if we sit for 15 min it will do the same thing, eventually it starts but very delayed. Anyone ever have this happen to them or any ideas where to start. Thanks.

Start with a small about of applied throttle in neutral. It sounds like an idle air control valve problem and to verify, open the throttle less than 25% when starting and this will bypass the IAC and allow air in. If the boat stalls when you bring it back to neutral, IAC is your problem.
Fixing everyone elses boat just so I can use mine...
