a couple of things I noticed last time out?

so the last time I was out I noticed that when we were surfing (1000 lbs ballast roughly) there were people that had issues getting up so there was a lot of idle time then go for 5 seconds trying to get up and then idle etc. after a while of doing this I noticed the exhaust was pretty thick coming out and smelt of gas and the warning light would come on and beep then go off after a few seconds. After someone that was able to get up and ride for a while and work the engine it seamed to stop is this a common thing to happen? the other is my fuel guage isnt working any one ever change one?

Hmm, not exactly sure about the "loading up" issue. It might just be in need of a tune up. What octane fuel are you running?

Changing out a fuel gauge sender is easy. Getting to it is the worst part. They are just bolted in to the tank and they have a couple wires. Piece O cake.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

Im not sure on the octane of the fuel but i usually put a mid grade in gas in canada is 4.60 a gallon for the cheap stuff and 5.10 for premium. I dont run the blower when its running should I be? Yeah I guess I'll have to look into a tune up could it be that I brought it from Seattle to alberta canada its a big elevation difference?
