Any ideas on glove compartment cover?

As you can see, the plastic where my hinge attaches has broken off. I want something a little more classier and permanent than the duct tape that I have been using? Any ideas?

See if Tanner will scavenge the one off his road rash boat. It certainly sounds like it's totaled anyway. It might not fit, but it's worth a shot?

I used part of my carbon fiber arrows and some epoxy. Then loosen the hinges up so it doesn't break again

Here's what I did to mine in post #6. It probably won't work on yours, since there isn't much to attach to? I looked and couldn't find any pictures of my own. I painted my metal black so it wouldn't stand out.

There are also some flat ones out there that would be easy to use almost any material. I'm not sure if that was stock or not but would be easy to replicate.

Thanks guys for the great ideas. I tried to find a plastic welder around town and I was going to try reinforce it with aluminum. But I could only find a fiberglass repair kit. But I think that will work well to build it up and have it be strong enough to not break again. I will let you know how it turns out.

I ended up fiberglassing in a hack saw blade and fixed a small crack. I am going to drill the holes in it for the hinge and then paint the inside black.
