I picked up our new 2012 RZ2 in mid-May. Had some issues that were needed to be dealt with, and I'm still "waiting" on a service appointment to be scheduled with our dealer. My patience is getting thin, but that's another story. Within the first week, the blower wasn't working. I called the dealer, and they told me that it was 99% likely to be the fuse. I checked, they were right. I replaced it. A few weeks later (still waiting for my service appointment), the blower fuse pops again. Luckily I bought 5 of them, so I have now replaced it again. While I continue to "wait" for the dealer to get their act together and get my boat in for service, does anybody have any idea of why the blower fuse would be failing multiple times?

Check to make sure nothing is preventing the blades from spinning. GOOD LUCK and let us know what happened when it's fixed.

Take the blower out and see whats hanging it up. Odds are its got some debris like some carpet remnant that's binding it up.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More
