    trailer hubs

so I am going to switch the hubs on my trailer from oil to grease. Now with the grease ones you pump the grease fitting and it gets to where it needs to go so can I just take the oil bath off and put the bearing buddy on and grease it? I was thinking id grease the crap out of it drive around for 15-20 min and then grease it again. do you guys think this will work?

No, your going to need to remove the hubs and repack the bearings by hand first, and then use the grease gun to keep it topped off. The grease gun just keeps a higher pressure in the bearing buddy to keep water out of the hubs. I just found this on youtube and its the way I was taught to repack wheel bearings. I don't think that driving will pack them this way.
